Privacy notice

Last updated 3 November 2026

This notice explains how Apramad Research Pvt Ltd ("Apramad", "we") handles personal data collected through apramad.com. We collect as little as we can, use it to answer you and to keep the site safe, and never sell it.

Who is responsible

Apramad Research Pvt Ltd is the controller of personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at go@apramad.com about anything in it.

What we collect

  • Inquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, work email, organization, role, country, area of interest and your message, with the time of submission.
  • Technical details of an inquiry. To prevent abuse of the form we also store a one-way hash of your IP address (it changes every day, so it cannot link your visits across days), the country your connection appears to come from, and your browser's user-agent string. These three are cleared after 30 days.
  • Email. When you write to an @apramad.com address we receive your message and the details in it.
  • Visit statistics. We record each page view with the page, the referring site, the country the connection appears to come from and the type of device. These records carry no identifier and set no cookies, so they cannot be tied to you. If you accept analytics in the panel shown on your first visit, a cookieless web analytics service also records aggregate measurements such as pages viewed, referring sites and page load times, without identifying you. It is not loaded unless you accept. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and you can change it at any time with Privacy settings at the foot of every page.
  • Security processing. Our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address to deliver the site, limit request rates and protect it from attack.

This site uses no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party social widgets.

Why we use it

  • To read and reply to your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. The basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
  • To screen inquiries against applicable export control and sanctions requirements before we discuss our products. The basis is our legal obligations.
  • To keep the site secure, working and free of abuse, and to count page views without identifying anyone. The basis is our legitimate interest.
  • To measure visits with our web analytics service, only if you accept it. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Privacy settings.

Who receives it

The Apramad staff who need it to respond. Inquiries and email sent to @apramad.com addresses are delivered to a mailbox administered for us under contract. We use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, analytics and email delivery; all of them process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is global, so your data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards; a copy is available on request.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries in our database are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received; their technical details are cleared after 30 days.
  • Copies of inquiries and emails in our mailbox are kept as business correspondence for as long as they are needed, and are reviewed for deletion at least once a year.
  • Page view records are kept for up to 3 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. Write to go@apramad.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, with strict security headers. Inquiries are stored in an access-controlled database and sent to our team over encrypted channels.
